Sam Carothers, Secretary

Sam has served in the U.S. Air Force on active duty for over 15 years. He has worked in fields such as airborne electronic warfare, recruiting, Honor Guard, and Airman & Family Readiness. Currently, he is in charge of computer maintenance at the 911th Airlift Wing near Pittsburgh, PA. Sam has deployed four times to Qatar, Spain, Kuwait, and Iraq.

Sam's time in Airman & Family Readiness gave him the opportunity to make deep connections through shared experiences, which led to him wanting to continue serving through Restore 22.

Sam is married to his high school sweetheart and has two children.
