Renee’s experience includes more than two years as the Corporate Project Coordinator for The Italian Oven restaurant. In addition to managing all aspects of food preparation, she managed three new restaurant openings from groundbreaking and construction to grand opening and beyond. She also trained employees on accounting procedures, cost control and labor laws. Renee holds two ServSafe certifications as a food service handler and a manager.
Currently, Renee is the Director of Operations for Veteran Plumbing Services, Inc. where she oversees all financial, scheduling and human resources operations.
With several family members serving in the armed forces, Renee is committed to supporting veterans. At Veteran Plumbing Services she helps veteran employees enrolled in the Associated Master Plumbers of Allegheny County training program obtain available housing and education benefits. During the COVID-19 outbreak, Renee and Mark coordinated the making and delivery of meals for veterans, elderly and families in need.
